Text: | 4/1 & 4/18 (SB) Dan called in response to NC letter (651-214-6947). 4/19 - city required the inspection and he hired the inspector and has a copy of the report. He kept wanting to know what changed because the system was permitted and inspected, told him the code has not changed but sometimes the system was not installed properly per design, hard to tell what happened and that is just speculation. He said but that is why you have inspectors. Reiterated we did not have a permit record. He doesn't think the County should be involved as the system is in Dellwood and this is not your jurisdiction. Told him I would look into this information and get back to him. On 5/18 (SB) - see attached communication to Inspector. The system is within Dellwood and has been determined out of WACO jurisdiction. Therefore, changed status to 'cancelled'. Due to the extent of communication on this, would like transfer to internal note side of things. |
