| Text: | Dispute - Ed Eklin went onsite to design new system, and disputed soils. I have not processed this as I anticipated a discrepancy. Ed submitted his dispute, but it was incomplete and waiting for tank integrity. On 12/23 I let him know it was returned to him for being incomplete. |
