Periodically saturated soil discrepancy resolved by Department and emailed to Midwest Sewer Services and Sauber Heating & Plumbing Co on 5/24/2024

5/24 (SB Note, in second report by SPH, trench install depth is 35" vs 24" and neighboring soils/verification identify redox in sand)
Sauber Plumbing & Heating was called out RE: new design. Jerry started looking at existing system and had questions about discrepancy process. He sent me pictures of his time onsite and was questioning depth of system install.
